The Soil Factory

 

In the last couple years, I've been working on the arts programming at The Soil Factory (Ithaca, NY).

I have coordinated events and exhibitions, set up visits by residents, worked on grants, and brought in films for the Friday night screenings. In general, it is a great place to which to show up—whether to weave baskets or share food or to attend a talk.

 

At the start of 2023, I worked with others in the community on a 50th anniversary re-enactment of Joan Jonas's Songdelay.

 

At the end of 2022, we held a Winter Solstice evening in the darkroom.
